ESWAP (Espider WhatsApp Platform) is our internally developed communication platform built on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API. It helps businesses manage WhatsApp-based notifications, customer communication, broadcast campaigns, delivery tracking, and webhook-based automation through a structured business platform.
The platform is designed for educational institutions, coaching centres, service businesses, and SMEs that need reliable WhatsApp communication with students, parents, customers, and stakeholders. ESWAP is currently being prepared for rollout with our existing clients, including Axisa Academy and Exium Classes, before expanding to a wider range of organizations across India.
