Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Espider Web Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), we strive to provide high-quality digital services. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be considered for our website, digital services, maintenance services, and ESWAP-related services. By engaging our services, making a payment, or entering into a proposal, agreement, or service arrangement with us, you agree to this policy. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible and may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

- Refunds are not automatic and are granted at our discretion based on circumstances.
- All deposits (typically 50% of project fees) are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover initial planning, design, and resource allocation.
- Custom services, such as bespoke web development, are non-refundable after delivery or significant progress due to their tailored nature.
- Third-party costs (e.g., domain registration, hosting fees, WhatsApp API charges) are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Pre-Project Cancellation: You may cancel before work starts by providing written notice to mail@espider.in. A full refund of any pre-paid amounts is issued, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- During Project Cancellation: If you cancel after work begins, you are liable for all fees incurred to the cancellation date, billed at our standard hourly rate. A minimum 25% cancellation fee applies to the total project value.
- Post-Delivery Cancellation: No refunds or cancellations for completed and accepted projects. Subscription or maintenance services require 30 days' written notice for cancellation, with prorated refunds for genuinely unused portions.
- We reserve the right to cancel services for non-payment, breach of terms, or unethical requests, with prorated refunds where applicable.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only in the following circumstances:
- Services not rendered due to our fault (e.g., failure to deliver within agreed timelines).
- Defective work not corrected after written notification and reasonable opportunity to remedy.
- Force majeure events that prevent delivery entirely.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the issue arising, including supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, project correspondence).
No refunds are issued for dissatisfaction with results where services have been performed with reasonable skill and care per our Terms and Conditions.
4. Refund Process
- Submit a written refund request to mail@espider.in with your order details and reason.
- We review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the decision.
- If approved, we process the refund (net of applicable fees) within 7–14 business days.
- Disputed refunds may be escalated per the dispute resolution process in our Terms and Conditions.
5. Exceptions and Limitations
- Promotional discounts or bundled offer payments are non-refundable.
- International transactions may incur currency conversion or bank fees, which will be deducted from any refund amount.
- This policy is intended to be read in accordance with applicable laws in India. For clients in other jurisdictions, local laws may apply.
6. ESWAP and WhatsApp Business Platform Services
- ESWAP setup, onboarding, configuration, template assistance, integration, and technical support fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Third-party charges, including Meta/WhatsApp conversation charges, payment gateway fees, hosting charges, domain charges, SMS/email/communication charges, or other platform/provider fees, are non-refundable.
- Espider Web Solutions is not responsible for refunds arising from Meta or WhatsApp actions, including template rejection, message delivery failure, account restriction, phone number restriction, billing issues, policy enforcement, API downtime, or changes to Meta/WhatsApp policies.
- If a subscription, maintenance, or support plan is cancelled, access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing. No refund is provided for partially used billing periods unless expressly agreed.
